SXSW 2010

 I'm very excited to be playing one official SXSW showcase with Lex Land & The Lost Boys, and one unofficial SX showcase with The Miracle Waters.  Also, due largely to John Jordan's effort, there will be two festival film screenings with soundtracks provided by The Miracle Waters!  Check out the short film 'Honorarium'  by Reid Nelson and the feature-length 'The Happy Poet', directed by Paul Gordon.

 There is a great new site coming out of Portland called Oregon Music News... daily articles on all genres of music.  Written by a wide range of contributers and headed up by P-town DJ/music journalist Tom D'antoni.  Here is an interview I did with Tom a couple of months after arriving here in Austin.

I've been in Austin for three months now, and I'm loving it!  Playing with a great singer-songwriter named Lex Land and starting up a band with some amazing peeps called The Miracle Waters.
I'll be back in Portland for ten days in February playing lots of very different shows.  Check out the schedule and come say hello!

Check out Damian Erskine's amazing new record, So To Speak.  It was recorded about two days before I left town and it sure came out wonderfully.  I'm very flattered to be in such company!
